Celebrate the release of “Bury Deep My Heart” the second full-length record of electro-country band Owen Lake and the Tragic Loves, and its first of all original songs.

Owen Lake and the Tragic Loves’ electro-country sound draws from the traditions of 1960s country, 1980s dream pop, and modern electronic music, mixed with an experimental aesthetic all Lake’s own. Clever yet emotional lyrics, virtuosic musicianship, and a deep love of country music’s past plus a startling new vision for its future combine in "Bury Deep My Heart," the band’s second full-length record and first of all original songs.

Owen Lake and his eight-piece band, The Tragic Loves, are known for the chemistry, energy, and virtuosity of their performances, which pack an emotional punch to the heart. In this live set based on the new album, honky-tonk shuffles sidle up next to heavier excursions and teary waltzes. Solid electro-country rockers highlight Lake's inimitable style, while classic cry-alongs invite wistful melancholy, and speedy bangers rile up the dance floor.
