Discover the sounds of the violin, viola, cello and bass at this presentation by members of The Princeton Symphony Orchestra string section.
About the Program: This first annual "PSO BRAVO! Musical Families" event is presented by the Reed Family to honor the memory of Ingrid W. Reed, who believed passionately in community engagement, arts education and classical music. Ingrid and her husband, and former Princeton mayor, Marvin Reed were also strong supporters of the Princeton Public Library. For this inaugural presentation, families will discover the wonderful sounds of the strings family.
Following the presentation, members of student-run nonprofit Helping Harmony, will provide information about free music lessons for children in underserved communities.
This performance is co-presented with the library and the Princeton Symphony Orchestra.
