Welcome to the PLANET5 fandom! You’ve just joined the galaxy of fans when your bestie DMs you shocking rumors about your bias being mistreated. A huge fan campaign kicks off in under an hour, and it’s your mission to scroll, sleuth, and share the truth before time runs out. Can you uncover the real story and rally the fandom?

This escape experience is an interactive, team-based game for ages 14 and up. Registration is required. Register your team (up to 6 people maximum), or register as an individual to be assigned to a team on the day of the event. If you are registering as a team, only one team member needs to complete the registration, which includes an option to "register more people" for your team. 

• If your team has less than 6 members, the library may assign additional team members from registrants who sign up as individuals or with a smaller team.
• If you are signing up as an individual, you will be assigned a team for the event.

This event is in celebration of Media Literacy Week, 2025. “Fandom Challenge” is a project of Center for an Informed Public at the University of Washington.
