Eve Mandel presents on Princeton's literary history and the people whose work has shaped both the local community and the broader landscape. Presented in advance of a library-led walking tour.
For more than two centuries, Princeton has attracted some of the most important voices in American literature, whose work has shaped both the local community and the broader landscape. This program highlights a selection of writers who lived or worked in Princeton, including F. Scott Fitzgerald, T.S. Eliot, Anne M. Martin, Toni Morrison, Joyce Carol Oates, Eugene O’Neil, and Thornton Wilder. This program will not be recorded.
Register for a walking tour, Princeton's Literary Century, on November 12 (rain date November 13), hosted by librarians Dana Treichler and Nora Walsh.
