About the new video (from the presenters):
"Pocket-Sized ADU" - Kirsten Thoft
Step inside this unexpectedly spacious ADU (accessory dwelling unit). This 550 SF one bedroom, one bathroom home maximizes space and sustainability with natural light, an induction cooktop, heavily insulated exterior walls, ductless mini-split HVAC, electric hot water heater and low consumption fixtures. This ADU makes the most of cheerful colors and high ceilings to create an efficient yet spacious place to stay.
