Princeton Porchfest

Hinds Plaza is among locations where live music will be performed as part of the fifth annual townwide music festival. Schedule below.

The fifth annual Princeton Porchfest features 16 locations around town hosting live music on their front porches, driveways or garages.

Most porches feature five sets each between noon and 5 p.m.: A new act takes the stage on the hour, every hour.

Bring a chair and make yourself comfortable at one location, or wear your walking shoes and go from porch to porch. From classic rock and bluegrass, to jazz, singer-songwriter, blues, hip-hop, and classical, there’s something for everyone.

Grab a bite, drink or coffee from one of Princeton’s small businesses, and take in all the joyful energy that has made Porchfest a community tradition.

Hard copies of this year’s map will be available in the lobby of the Arts Council of Princeton and in local newspapers, and will be downloadable for printing.

The acts featured at Hinds Plaza are:

12-12:45 p.m.: Live Set with DJs from WPRB Princeton, Misc.
1-1:45 p.m.: Greater Princeton Youth Orchestra Ensembles, Classical
2-2:45 p.m.: Princeton Girlchoir and Princeton Boychoir of Westrick Music Academy, Classical
3-3:45 p.m.: Back in Time, Pop
4-4:45 p.m.: The Band Palm, Alternative
5:15-p.m.: Closing concert featuring Tony & The Trees, Blues
