An America 250 event

Visit art and historical venues throughout town during this community collaboration showcasing art about the past, present, and future of the nation.

Experience a night of art and history in Princeton with the Re-visioning America initiative. Inspired by the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, Re-visioning America invites contemplation of the past, present, and possible futures of the American nation through the lens of art. 

Drop in for open houses at the Princeton University Art Museum, Art@Bainbridge, the Arts Council of Princeton, Princeton Public Library and Morven Museum & Garden. Enjoy activities and speak with curators about the works on view. And don’t forget to walk by Dohm Alley to view the Historical Society of Princeton’s exhibition and the Spring Street mural organized by the Arts Council of Princeton.
