HiTOPS staff lead an interactive workshop to help participants manage anxiety. For ages 11-24.
The workshop will start with a group discussion about what anxiety feels like, what can trigger it and what helps us cope. Grounding strategies and breathing techniques to calm the mind and body will be learned and practiced. Supplies to create personalized sensory toolkits will be provided. To conclude the workshop, some takeaways to support ongoing emotional wellness will be shared.
