LinkedIn is a database for networking and relationship building that has over 1 billion users worldwide and welcomes three new members every second. In this session, you’ll learn where in your profile to effectively incorporate keywords, how to clearly brand yourself to be memorable and how to evaluate your headline and add a unique selling proposition. Job search essentials will be covered such as searching for jobs and hiring managers on LinkedIn, as well as free tools and resources.
Instructor: Lynne Williams is the Executive Director of the Great Careers Network, which provides online career development and networking for career transition (job seekers) and career management (employed and self-employed). Lynne writes resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and LinkedIn company pages, with a focus on keywords.
This class takes place on Zoom. Registration is required.
