Author Richard C. White of Writer Beware offers a presentation and Q&A on identifying effective and ineffective agents, publishers, editors and more to help writers pursue their publishing goals.

Writer Beware discusses literary scams, schemes, and pitfalls and provides advice and industry news for writers. Founded in 1998, it is sponsored by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America, with additional support from the Mystery Writers of America, the Horror Writers Association, and the American Society of Journalists and Authors.

Richard C. White is a science fiction/fantasy/fantasy noir/action-adventure/non-fiction author. His latest release, On Wings of Steel, a steampunk novel, is currently scheduled for an April 2022 release. As a media tie-in writer, he’s written for the Star Trek, Doctor Who, Battletech, and The Incredible Hulk franchises. Richard is a member of the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America (SFWA), a member of the SFWA Writer Beware Committee, and the International Association of Media Tie-in Writers. 

Princeton Public Library’s Local Author Day celebrates the creativity and skill of authors working in the region. This year, our 11th Local Author Day author fair returns to the library and gives readers a chance to connect with authors from the area.
