The 3rd Annual Princeton ZineFest returns with 40+ local zine-makers, creatives, and comic artists sharing handmade publications, art, and all-ages activities celebrating DIY culture.

Learn about zine culture, connect with other zinesters and make your own zine at the "Zine Creation Station."

What is a Zine?

Pronounced ZEEN, it is short for magazine or fanzine. Zines are small-circulation, self-published/DIY, pamphlet-like publications. They are created in a wide variety of genres and usually reproduced via a copy machine

From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., there will be a zine marketplace in the Community Room  Browse, barter or buy wares created by zinesters from near and far while meeting fellow artists. 

There will be dedicated space on the first floor for creating zines from 1 pm to 3 pm. All are welcome to participate in this drop-in activity. Supplies and prompts will be provided, and a staff member will be on hand to answer questions. 

Kids in fourth, fifth and sixth grade are invited to make stickers at a 2 pm workshop. Registration is required as space is limited.
