It also covers tips for avoiding investment pitfalls, managing credit cards, and understanding the role of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in assisting investors when issues arise.
From the Presenter: Andrew Marino is a 2026 J.D. Candidate at Seton Hall University School of Law and a Student Advocate for the FINRA Investor Advocacy Program (“IAP”). Raised in New Jersey and a graduate from Denison University, Mr. Marino has worked as a judicial intern for the United States District Court, District Court of New Jersey, as well as a Summer Associate for a New Jersey law firm. Mr. Marino serves as a Senior Editor for the Seton Hall Law Review.
