A panel of advocates will discuss the impact of plastics on our health and environment, along with practical steps we can take to lessen those impacts.
FROM THE PRESENTERS
Attendees will learn what plastic is, where it comes from and where it goes — and why recycling it is not a realistic solution to our plastic waste crisis. We will allow plenty of time for questions and discussion about steps you can take to reduce your exposure to the harmful impacts of plastic. Plastic waste is a serious and sometimes overwhelming topic, but there are lots of creative ways to approach it.
