Artists Karen Tuveson and Chandini Powar discuss and answer questions about the exhibits of their work on display on the second floor.
Light refreshments will be served.
Both exhibits will be on display through Jan. 5.
Karen Tuveson's exhibit "Rhythms of Nature: A Dance with Balance and Beauty," on view in the Reading Room, explores nature’s intricate beauty, fragility and resilience, reflecting her deep passion for the environment. By using sustainably sourced, eco-friendly and recycled materials, she demonstrates that she is committed to protecting the world we share.
Chandini Powar's "Mixed Media Landscapes," located in the History Hallway, showcases the the natural landscape of the artist’s homeland. The methods used fully allow the artist to abandon conventional style, seeking the warmth and comfort of nature through experimentation and a tacit response to creative expression.
