Ever wonder what exactly cybersecurity does besides slow down your computer, tell you what you can’t do and send you scary phishing emails?

Jon Lilly will take you inside the ‘black box’ that is cybersecurity to show you how and why a typical cybersecurity organization operates. We’ll talk threat management, security operations and engineering, and risk control and share a few ‘war stories.’
Lilly will share some practical tips and tricks for how small to medium-sized businesses and non-profits can get their best ‘bang for the buck' with regards to implementing cost-effective, pragmatic cybersecurity defenses.

Members of the Princeton area tech community, including creatives, entrepreneurs and investors are welcome to attend this meeting modeled after Tech Meetup groups in New York, Hoboken and Philadelphia.
