A presentation and opening reception is held for photographer Darren Sussman's exhibit on display in the Reading Room Jan. 8 to March 15.

The exhibition "Anthropomorphic" features photographs and text from the book of the same name by Darren R. Sussman. The book and exhibit explore the human tendency to assign human emotions and characteristics to animals. In the photographs and accompanying original stories, viewers may see traits in these animals that they recognize in people.

The reception and opening presentation will be held in the Community Room at 6:30 p.m. prior to the official opening of the exhibit on the second floor. Sussman will sign books, answer questions and discuss the exhibit after the formal presentation.
