Jennifer Carson, cookbook author and owner of Lillipies Bakery, discusses her new books and gives a baking demonstration that includes samples to test and coffee from Small World Coffee.

3-5 p.m. - Jennifer Carson, owner of LiLLiPiES Bakery, discusess her new books, "The "LiLLiPiES Cookbook" and "Pie For My Birthday." She will also demonstrate how to make a pie crust, including her famous LiLLiPiE crust, and will have some treats for a taste test for those in attendance. Free coffee will be provided by Small World Coffee in celebration of their 30 years in Princeton. 

Part 1 of In the Kitchen with PPL takes place prior to Carson's appearance, from 1-3 p.m. when library staff will display and demonstrate a variety of helpful kitchen tools and devices.
