Celebrate Earth Day and National Poetry Month with award-winning picture book author and poet Katey Howes.

Katey Howes will read from her two newest picture books, A Poem Grows Inside You and Woven of the World, followed by hands-on themed activities related to Earth Day, connecting with nature and upcycling materials.

Howes is a haphazard gardener, a darn good rhymer, and a fun mother. She is the author of many award-winning books including Rissy no Kissies, and Be a Maker. Find out more at www.kateyhowes.com.
