This mindfulness-themed outdoor story time at Community Park North Amphitheatre is part of the Mayor's Wellness Campaign Community Health Initiative.

Connect with nature, your mind, body and emotions at Community Park North Amphitheatre. We will share books, songs, rhymes and activities focusing on various aspects of mindfulness and nature.

For children ages 3-8 and their families. After story time, families are encouraged to explore the nearby walking trails in Community Park North.

Rain date: Sunday, Sept. 11 at 10:30 a.m.

Presented in partnership with the Mayors Wellness Campaign Community Health Initiative.
