The library and McCarter Theatre Center's Shakespeare Community Reading Group bring their annual Sonnet Slam to Zoom.

Celebrate Shakespeare’s poetic preeminence as a writer of sonnets with our 4th Annual Sonnet Slam in partnership with McCarter Theatre Center! Each registrant who wishes to participate as a sonnet reader will get to present two sonnets to the assembled group: THE FIRST, a sonnet of their own choosing, and THE SECOND, a sonnet randomly assigned them from the Great Sonnet Sorting Bowl!

Join us as a reader or a listener! All are welcome, but registration is required. Please be sure to read all the information detailed in the online form.
