Slack is a communication app designed for workplaces, teams and groups. It can be used on various devices and across multiple platforms. You can chat one-on-one but also within groups. This class gives an overview of Slack including understanding channels, announcements and Slack bots. We will also cover customizing preferences, sharing files and direct messaging.
