In this six-week workshop, aspiring writers in fifth to eighth grade will take part in creative exercises inspired by popular middle grade novels.
Participants will find encouragement, support and inspiration while developing their voice and completing a work in a form and genre of their choosing. No experience necessary. All that is needed is a notebook (or laptop) and an open mind.
Registration is requested, not required, and participants are encouraged to attend as many sessions as possible. Drop-ins are welcome regardless of registration.
The dates for the six-week series are: Jan. 14, 28; Feb. 11, 25; March 11, 25 (the second and fourth Tuesday of each month, January - March).
