The Municipality of Princeton holds a public hearing to review the 2023 Comprehensive Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the Community Development Block Grant program.
Registration is requested, but not required, to ensure adequate space.
This report will be available on the Municipality’s website: https://www.princetonnj.gov/CDBG. A paper version will also be on display and available for review at the Princeton Health Department, 1 Monument Drive, Princeton. The public review period will begin on Nov. 11, 2024, and end on Nov. 30, 2024. During this time, the public is invited to provide comments. Comments should be emailed to Lewis Hurd, Affordable Housing Manager, at lhurd@princetonnj.gov.
To encourage public participation, the Municipality will hold a public hearing on Friday, Nov. 15 at 1 p.m. in the second-floor Conference Room of the Princeton Public Library, located at 65 Witherspoon St., Princeton, NJ 08542.
Princeton intends to submit the 2023 Comprehensive Annual Performance Evaluation Report to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development on Dec. 2, 2024.
