Items that are part of our Library of Things will be displayed for visitors to learn about and explore.
During this pop-up event, visitors can discover, learn about and try out kits and items from our Library of Things. Library of Things is a collection of nontraditional, circulating library items that support our mission to engage, inspire, educate and unite. "Things" include Chromebooks, hotspots, projectors, Chromecasts, binoculars, Tonieboxes, Nature Explorer Backpacks, Blu-Ray players and other kits and devices. Staff members will be on hand to give an overview, assist and answer questions. Learn more about the Library of Things here.
This program is presented in partnership with Sustainable Princeton who will be onsite showcasing their new Lending Library. Sustainable Princeton’s Lending Library offers residents and nonprofit organizations of Princeton the opportunity to borrow a variety of sustainable home items, including electric landscape equipment, induction cooktop, and repair tools.
