From the presenter: Ray Lee is considered a founding board member with experience pre-startup and post-startup for a $20 million nonprofit museum. He has served on the executive committee, been governance committee chair, finance committee chair, treasurer and co-chair of the executive director search committee. He has served on other nonprofit boards, advisory boards and committees. Ray has an accounting and corporate finance background.
