This course runs weekly from September 22 to December 22 and will focus on building reading, writing, and speaking skills at a High Beginner Level. Students must already have basic English reading, writing and speaking skills to enroll and are expected to attend all 14 sessions. Examples of subjects to be covered in the course include: providing personal information, family relationships, filling out forms, locations and directions, clothes and colors, shopping and money, reading and writing checks, and reading receipts. An assessment will be given prior to the start of the series to ensure that all enrolled students will benefit from the course.
