A discussion of "Rough Ideas," a collection of essays by acclaimed pianist Sir Stephen Hough, is held in advance of Princeton University Concerts' event with Hough and the Takács String Quartet.
An in-person discussion of "Rough Ideas: Reflections on Music and More" will be held in the second floor Conference Room at 10:30 a.m.
The discussions will culminate in a keynote Zoom event on Friday, Jan. 10, at 12:30 p.m., with Sir Stephen Hough, one of the world’s leading pianists who has won global acclaim for both his concerts and recordings. He is also a writer, composer and painter, and has been described by The Economist as one of “Twenty Living Polymaths.” Healing with Music Book Group participants will be automatically registered for the keynote and will have the opportunity to pre-submit questions to Stephen Hough.
