Flu Vaccine Clinic

Influenza vaccine will be administered to both insured and uninsured Princeton residents age 3 and older. The vaccine is free for uninsured individuals. Information required for those with insurance.

Appointment registration will open on October 14. Registration is encouraged, but walk ins are accepted. Starting October 14, You can register using this link or the 'Register' button.

Those with health insurance should provide insurance cards/information (prescription and health insurance, including all up-to-date Medicare Part B information). Uninsured Princeton residents will receive the influenza vaccine for free.

The health department suggests that attendees fill out these forms in advance though both the ENGLISH and SPANISH copies will also be available in person.
