Jack Armstrong presents on successful service based franchise concepts: consumer service, which deals with the general public, and business services, which deals with other small businesses.
From the presenter: Service based franchises have a lower investment level than brick and mortar, generally open five days a week, are more recession resistant and easier to scale and build, and offer a faster ramp up that can be started out of the home or small office location. Service based franchises have higher profit margins without the higher cost of rent and cost of goods. Come listen to some exciting franchise concepts that have a proven record of success and investigate what is possible for you.
Presenter: Jack Armstrong is the President of FranNet of New Jersey and has owned that business for 28 years. He is Chairman of the Board of the parent company and has served on the FranNet Board of Directors for 25 years. He also owns a franchise of Sunbelt.
