Learn more about how this federal program serves Princeton residents, then share your opinion on how future funds should be spent. This year, for the first time, nonprofits can apply for CDBG funds.
The Municipality of Princeton is in the early stages of planning for its 2024 Community
Development Block Grant (CDBG) Annual Action Plan, as mandated by the U.S. Department of
Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Princeton expects to receive an allocation of around
$200,000 for the 2024 CDBG Program Year.
To gather input for the 2024 Annual Action Plan, the Municipality is hosting a public hearing.
This meeting aims to engage residents and stakeholders, providing information on CDBG
Program rules and presenting the program's performance in Princeton. Additionally, the public
hearing will cover an ongoing solicitation for CDBG projects from nonprofit organizations.
