Step back in time to the Jazz Age with 1920s-era music by The Glenn Crytzer Quartet, mocktails, a photo booth and more at this after-hours event. Costumes encouraged.
We're wrapping up our "Great Gatsby at 100" events with an after-hours "speakeasy" featuring Glenn Crytzer, a New York City based bandleader, arranger, composer, guitarist and vocalist, and his band.
Dress up, sip a mocktail version of the Bee's Knees (a Prohibition era drink), try your hand at answering Gatsby trivia, and enjoy the music of the Jazz Age.
About the Great Gatsby at 100 Series:
To commemorate the centennial of the publication of “The Great Gatsby” in 2025, Princeton University Library and community partners have planned a suite of on- and off-campus programming inspired by the library’s significant Fitzgerald and “The Great Gatsby” related holdings. Programming includes collaborations and events with Princeton Public Library, Lewis Center for the Arts, Cotsen Children’s Library, Friends of Princeton University Library, Princeton Garden Theatre, and the Arts Council of Princeton.
