Discover your ‘inner artist’ while embracing the many relaxing benefits of Zentangle, a meditative form of drawing. Zentangle allows participants to quiet their minds while tapping into their creative side. During this workshop you will learn techniques to inspire you to create your own Zentangle art at home. Absolutely no prior art experience is needed.
Instructor Mimi Topping is an artist, certified art teacher and a certified Zentangle instuctor.
This class is intended for adults and teens; all materials will be provided.
The library is presenting this workshop in partnership with Morven Museum and Garden as part of Arts & Health Mercer, a coalition of arts and culture organizations of the Mercer County region seeking to create awareness of the health benefits of the arts, and provide access to these benefits through our programming in the month November (National Arts and Health Month).
