Combine physical and mental wellness with a series of midday walks highlighting various historical and artistic features of Princeton. Meet in the Lobby, and the walk will depart at 12:15 p.m.
Jennifer Jang and Wiebke Martens, authors of "Discovering Princeton," trace a route through the deeply historical Witherspoon-Jackson neighborhood and Princeton's downtown, sharing stories about some of the extraordinary "ordinary" citizens — teachers, community leaders, entrepreneurs, and volunteers — who have helped shape our town over the past two centuries. Following the walk, join us in the library's first-floor Quiet Room, where copies of the new edition of their book will be available for sale.
