The program, spearheaded by the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights, strives to prevent and address bias crimes and bias incidents by training individuals, including community leaders and members, across all 21 counties of New Jersey, on alternative dispute resolution and best practices for responding to bias incidents. Reps from the NJ Division on Civil Rights will share important information about the state’s anti-discrimination laws and will include an overview of the Law Against Discrimination, the NJ Bias Investigation Access System, and the Community Peacemaker Collaborative
