Playwright Winnie Holzman discusses the inspiration behind her new play, "Choice," with director Sarah Rasmussen, members of the cast and Stacy Wolf, professor of theater at Princeton University.
The themes and ideas at the heart of "Choice," a comedy that explores a woman’s right to choose in unexpected, hilarious and provocative ways, will also be explored.
Holzman, a Princeton University alum, wrote the book for the Broadway musical (and soon-to-be-released film) "Wicked" and created the television series, "My So-Called Life."
"Choice" runs May 8 through June 2 at McCarter. For tickets and more information, visit www.mccarter.org.
Presented in partnership with McCarter's Arts & Ideas. Co-sponsored by the Humanities Council at Princeton University.
