Speaker: Randall Brett is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York and before the Federal Courts in New Jersey. His practice areas include business and commercial law, corporate governance, negotiation of commercial agreements, and employment law. In the business and commercial law arena, Mr. Brett focuses on representing buyers and sellers of businesses, resolving complex commercial matters, and representing clients in a wide variety of business negotiations.
