Author David G. Marwell discusses his book, a detailed biography of Nazi war criminal Josef Mengele and a first-hand account of the global search that identified his remains.

David G. Marwell is joined in conversation by David Goldman.

David G. Marwell, former director of the Museum of Jewish Heritage in New York City, worked on the Mengele case at the Justice Department's Office of Special Investigations in the 1980s. He is a historian who has served and led a number of government and nonprofit institutions. David Goldman is the founder and Chairman of the Fellowships at Auschwitz for the Study of Professional Ethics (FASPE).
